Problem: No books appear in the account.

Solution: Most likely you have chosen “Get Started” instead of “Authorize” to log in.  “Get Started” is for guest accounts, not registered accounts. Follow the steps below to Log in successfully.

If you have find that you do not have books in your reading room or Library, then you may have logged into the app and pressed “Get Started”.  You’ll need to “Change User” in the Account section and then log in again using your username/password and press “Authorize”.

Problem: You forgot your password OR you need to reset your password.

Solution: Press the button below to go to the reset password page.  You will then receive an email with an updated password.
